  I placed my order with Cameraparadise few days ago. Paid with paypal. All going well until I found the price went up and they cancelled my order. What they say is "It seems at the time of payment, your bank have not passed all the security information to us. As a result, we have to issue you a full refund."

      Any shop that charges $40 "postage" looks dodgy.

      And there is no "pal version" - they all do 50 and 60hz video, assuming you do not mean the obsolete analog colour standard.

        Hi manic,

        To be honest, we did not think about your 'at the original price' idea. Once we found the transaction was not 100% secure, we turned our approach from selling products to protecting the card holder and ourselves.

        We admit there is room for us to improve our pricing structure and we will definitely look into it.

        As far as we understand, there is 'PAL version'. If you are interested, you may visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PAL for details.

      Of course you don't have my card information. I didn't pay by card directly. I used Paypal. And I've been using paypal for several years and never have any problem.
      I also received the call from you and confirmed the order before it been cancelled.
      So what it seems to me is you don't accept paypal, you need the security information about my card.

  I have bought 4 cameras from DWI for my family and had no problems (except leaving one in a Taxi) I have had no problems so don't know how much trouble it would be to get a warranty claim
