As winter is approaching, I was searching for a heated throw and found what I think is a reasonable deal at Bing Lee.

When I went into the store, they were marked $118.90 — but the store assistant confirmed they were indeed $69. However, he gave no indication that this was a 'Special' price, nor were there any signs indicating such.

    Thats an electric underblanket for using on your bed.
    OP's one is a throw and can be used for say keeping you warm while watching TV on the sofa.
    (I'm currently using a standard sized one as I type this)

      As Trojan has noted, your link is an electric blanket which effectively remains fixed to your bed, whereas my link is more portable

  Hi DirtySteve, nice first post. Just wondering if you have used it yet? How warm is it on the highest setting? Could it be used on top of a bed as well as on the lounge?

    Assuming they are the same as the normal size, they are very warm. I put it on 9 to heat up the throw and then have to turn it down to 4-5 for continuous use
