  I've tried to join for over a year and still haven't received the membership cards… They keep telling me they'll send new ones, but they never arrive…

  Maybe they go to my spam mailbox ???

    You can print one out when you go to the store. They have computer kiosks set out the front, before the entry. I would recommend printing one out, as you can get free coffees in their restaurant.

        IKEA FAMILY isn't available in WA and SA, but you can still join and enjoy family treatment when you visit IKEA in other states.
