Their delivery comes from the same supplier as several other web sites (including WowHD) which is mainly based in Hong Kong but has several other locations around the world (none in Australia). To save on shipping I believe they wait to have sufficient amount of orders before they send the items to Australia. Generally it can take 1-4 weeks.
That said, for the price you're paying it's worth it.
As a side note, this 20% off sale comes up once every few months. I believe it is set by the supplier because WowHD has the same prices at the same time.
yeah I suspect WoW HD, video ezy, blockbuster & EZ DVD all use the same supplier.
having said that, I disagree with you slightly in that the whole point of pre-ordering is that you get it ASAP, saving a few bucks on a pre-order is not worth getting it 7 days (or later) after street date.
I wouldn't pre-order with Video Ezy ever. I pre ordered halo 4 with them and I received it around 2 months after the release date. I wasn't the only one either. They didn't have enough stock so just figured it would be better letting the customers wait for months on a day 1 release.
Also this isn't like I pre ordered it the day before I did it roughly a month or two before release. Plenty of time for them to fix the stock issue or notify me that they didn't have it.
i only ordered one thing from vid ezy (GW2), it came from hong kong and it took around a month to come, so yeah its pretty long.
HDWOW seems to have better deals at the moment (Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate $46.87 vs $53.56), but did see a few on cheaper.
Is that 3DS or WiiU? Cos ozgameshop just dropped their 3DS price to $48.99
Anything noteworthy mention there that's not on WOWHD?

Ordered twice and both were cancelled. Once i even had to email a few times to ask for refund.
Bought from them recently. Took about a month after the release date to come to perth.
The Last of Us arrived today. It took them 4 days after the release date to ship it and then about 2 weeks in transit. It was the UK version but it shipped from Hong Kong. It was packed in a bubblelope but fortunately the case didn't crack.
I was in no hurry and I expected about 3 weeks, so I'm happy but they really need to make it clearer how long it will actually take on their website.
I hear their delivery is very slow? Say if I preorder the last of us, when can i expect to get it?
