NSCOM is one of the leading computer retailers trading since 2004 with stores in NSW and QLD. We can offer you professional service, expert advice @ $35.

Yes! Virus removal only $35
Yes! PC assembly only $35 (even if you bought the parts elsewhere)
Yes! Computer Part upgrade only $35
Yes! Software installation / configuration only $35
Yes! Hardware test only $35
Yes! Data back up only $35
You need all of above done for your pc?? Yes, still $35

Limited 1 PC per customer

To be eligible, customers must mention and pay $35 when dropping off the PC.
Sorry we have to charge the $35 upfront as we do not want to end up as dumping yard for old PCs.
In the cases when we diagnose the problem and suggest a solution, if the customer choose not to proceed, the $35 will not be refunded.
However, we will refund the money if we can not solve your problem.

(For example, if the ram in the pc is tested to be faulty, you will be charged $35 for diagnose even if you decide not to change the ram.)

We can only accept limited number of services per day per store. Booking may be required depends on the feedback we get on this offer. Please feel free to contact our staffs on

    seems fair enough, not bad for 35 bux…does install cover driver install? would assume it should, but rekon you could get yourself in trouble on these ones!

      Anything for one PC.. so if the driver is required, we will have it done for $35.

    I have 3TB of data that I want backed up onto 1.44MB floppy disks….. still $35?

      The parts depends on the model of the device. Or if you want to buy it elsewhere, you can as well. For the service part, it will $35 if we can do it :)

    Tyring to purchase from nscom is tricky, imagine getting them to do anything slightly complicated.

      We always recommend customers to back up data before sending the PC for any kind of service. But we always talk to customer if any data needs to be wiped.

    I have a Sony Vaio All in One Desktop VGC-JS25G that needs the hard drive replaced. I have the new hard drive already purchased. Is it $35 to replace the hard drive?

      Replace the hard drive yes it would be $35.00

      Do you need something on the new hard drive such as windows ;)

      Perhaps what you need is cloning service and installation ie $70.00 (2x$35.00)

    man as long as your not dodgy about it, and dont say , ohh you need a new motherboard, while your at it we have a budget one that fits your system only 500 dollars, its a great deal!

    Emailed asking for a quote for a custom build, came out with 'assembly' of just under $100, if I'd bought the parts elsewhere. :( Except I can't be bothered to do that. XD I guess their component prices aren't that great..
