How low can 1TB WD Element go? it's $139.85 and it's not a typo (I hope).

I am not affiliated in any shape or form with itbox, just happened to search on WD Elements on StaticIce and stumbled upon their listing.

Unfortunately they don't do pickup and shipping charges is quite high from memory. Their shipping calculation applet somehow didn't work so I could't work out the actual shipping charges.
