    I'm not in the market for a tripod, so I'll take your word that the 'sale' price linked is 'decent'.
    I'll just simply mention that Protog aren't exactly known for cheap prices; e.g. Maha MH-C9000 battery charger for around 35 bucks more than you need to pay.
    Granted, local seller, but…

      True. Like I said, decent but agree not a super cheap price. It is only a few bucks cheaper than the next local seller though this one does come with an extra quick release plate and Protog is a reputable seller (not that I'm saying the others aren't though).

    That's a really good price for a set. My only worry would be the clip locks on the legs. Even the Manfrotto ones are known to break.
