keep all records, and make sure you keep calling them to check up or they won't send it!It was on one of the other deals … one of the guys posted links to Choice's article, where there were cases of people chasing Acer for months without Acer delivering the promised cashback. Choice steps in, there's no response from Acer to Choice, but suddenly the cash back is delivered with no explanation …
I cannot stress how much EVERYONE should avoid these guys, I work with them on a daily basis and 90% of people struggle to EVER see their cashback from Acer. They are a thorn in my side. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I've been chasing cash-back (swapped for s'ware bundle) from an Acer netbook purchase back in December.
I'd been emailed to expect delivery by 8/2.
Can no longer email directly, but now have to register a user/product and raise an SR through their h/desk portal.
Just been advised this morning "The software are being sent out this week. We do apologise for the delay but your software should arrive next week."

Never buy Acer products,Verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry bad support and service. I've been chasing cashback for almost a year for a laptop purchase. And couldn't get support for another laptop for 2 years, fortunately am a IT professional.
I have received cashbacks from Acer for 2 laptops and 2 monitors in the past year now without any problems, just had to be patient as their processing can mean it takes around 8 weeks to receive it back :)
Got my cashback for the 24" monitor yesterday. No problems at all and a bloody cheap monitor with the cashback.
