Clear iOS App - FREE for First Time [US iTunes Accounts ONLY]

130

Realmac's critically-acclaimed, award-winning todo list app, Clear, is FREE for the first time.

Clear for iOS is an elegant, simple and extremely intuitive to-do list app which adds an element of fun to what might otherwise be rather static and boring lists. Suffice it to say, it's well worth checking out if you find yourself juggling a bunch of tasks on a consistent basis. Notably, the app was listed on Apple's top app picks for 2012.
While the app normally sells for US$1.99, Realmac Software has teamed up with Starbucks to offer the app for free for one day only.

The deal expires today so check it out over here and start planning! The link will whisk you away to iTunes where a promo code will be uniquely generated for you, allowing you to start the download.

How good is this if it is US?

  • It says I can't change stores, since I have a credit balance.

    • Hmm that's weird — I've never received that error message before. Try logging in and redeeming it on your computer.

Dunno about it usually being $1.99… it's listed in the AU App Store as $0.99.
Not sure what all the fuss is about either - just because it's "flat". I personally think Any.DO is better.

    • They've only just dropped the price of the app, and probably temporarily too.

    It shows "US customer only"

Every true OzBargainer has a US iTunes account ;)

US$0.99 on US iTunes store now.

    • Um, it's a promo code, not a price drop. Is this the basis on which it was marked as expired?

      • Tried it twice yesterday. iTunes requested my login and I entered my US account details. I did not get a coupon page, but was instead redirected to the regular page where it showed US$.99.

Just tried it again now and found the same thing. After entering the login details requested it just sent me to the product page with the US$.99 buy.

I then tried to login to my US iTunes account first, and then try the link. It worked fine this way.

I have not had to first login with any other US redeemable coupons before.

Exactly my point here – mods, please remove the expired tag

      • To remove expiry as OP,

        1. Click on EXPIRED label on the title
        2. Click on "Remove Expiry"

Something you should be able to do yourself…

        • Not exactly clear if one has never done it before. But thanks.
