seriously calm down im just posting a deal that some people may like to invest in because who cares if they end up thrown in a corner they cost practically nothing and i can confirm the earphones are crap but the actuall radio is usefull i used one on a holiday in sydney it wasnt a horrible experience at all just not HD lol
I used one too, if I put it in my pocket while walking outside (in a city area) I would get really bad interference. THEY ARE CRAP AND NOT WORTH UR TIME!

Shame they have no location around Sydney CBD. Would be great to rip apart and use the chips for electronics projects..Castle Hill is the nearest one to me. Not worth the trip.

Does anyone know if this radio has the 555 timer IC ? I needed 30 of them for a project - would be cheaper to buy 30 radios at the price..
Some radios use the 555 timer IC not sure about this one..:-) Perhaps one of the buyers would care to open them and check - have to mention that the 555 is 7 bucks at Jaycar..
But Jaycar's a rip off.
