Umarts price is very cheap but im not sure how much they charge for shipping. Apart from MSY (which didnt have this item stocked when i last enquired about it) most retailers are selling this for around $390 +

Price is good, but back when Samsung had their cashback offer, you could get it a tad cheaper ~$330 after cashback.
They are now offerring a 24" acer for $299.00.
