WINTER IS COMING.
I was looking at the footmuff in Toys R US and shopping online locally, best price online is around $179, TRU was $189.

What it is is a sleeping bag that affixes to your bugaboo (cameleon) pram, and in spite of the name zips all the way up to the child's neck. I am sure there are other bugaboo owners amongst us in spite of us claiming to be tight arses.

Amazon US was a little tricky to navigate, I needed to select the correct that allows shipping, I ended up adding every colour to my cart, and Dark Brown is the cheapest at USD99, USD117 shipped. Ordered one and it should be here start of May.

Red and other colours are also available but cost more at USD $129 + $17 shipping to be $146, still cheaper than any web retailer I can find.

  but neither of you was stupid enough to buy a bugaboo pram to begin with, so you probably saved ~$1500

    $1500? Boyfriend's sister bought hers for ~$600. Remind me to never buy anything from Australia and just get it all shipped from the US =.=

  For those newly blessed, or soon-to-be, parents who resist this "bargain", please consider the impact it could have on your bairn, when they get old enough to realise you cheap-Charlied them at their most vulnerable time of life.

  Bought a waterproof one (universal type) from Mothercare for $30 yesterday. Fits our pram great. Since it's an administrators sale, no idea if it will be available tomorrow…
