Steam accepted the keys for the main game and DLCs with no problems. Downloading the game now. When I go to each DLC page on Steam, it says I already own them. You can use the Google Chrome browser to translate the Nuuvem website pages into English for you.
I can confirm that Skyrim runs correctly, it is in English and the 3 DLC packs have been detected by the game.

Are there region restrictions with these DLCs? I already have Skyrim (I'm not sure if Skyrim has different regions) and would like to just get the DLCs, but worried about purchasing from what looks to be a brazilian site.
