You will need to buy other DLC to unlock all the achievements from this free DLC pack. Here's the achievements you wouldn't be able to get.

You need DLC to get four of the cheevies being added..
Shelby cheevy requires 3, base game only has 1
Lambo cheevy requires 8, base game has 9 (obtainable)
Nissan cheevy requires 7, base game only has 5
BMW cheevy requires 10, base game only has 7
Ford cheevy requires 13, base game only has 11
Base game has 155 cars, plus this will come with 2 to put you at 157 total without DLC.
This is what I hate about DLC's. They should be about adding content to the full game, not the game developer/publisher taking parts away from the full game, then making you pay extra for the parts that then bring you back to being a full game.
It's a sad road that we're going down and have been for a while now…
