The drone IS the wifi. You connect to it (on your phone/tablet) just like any other network.

Yeah, anything but a slight breeze and it drifts (but that seems to be the case with most of these light non-GPS units).

Range is about 50m. If it goes out of range it lands itself wherever it is, but does not return home.
