i think you are looking at either 3070 vs 4070, or 3070ti vs 4070ti... for 3070ti -> 4070 its prolly ~10% correct me if I'm still wrong

can probs get a prebuilt pc with 4070 for about 1.5k. Or perhaps go with the rx gpus for better bang for buck and higher vram

For stable diffusion, I'd recommend going with higher VRAM, or maybe the 4070 series!
