It's Android but you need to install Play Store on your own.

The MiPad 5 doesn't have a global version now. So the firmware is designed for CN market only.

Well in China this device is 1999CNY which equals to 424AUD. But I would not suggest to buy this product. The MIUI for pad still not very…
