I tried top cashback last foot locker 10% cashback deal and it didn’t track on web - anyone have success with this deal ?

I just made a purchase and the Westpac bonus capped at $20, despite it saying $50? There was no cap on the 18% normal cashback

Did anyones New Balance Westpac track ? The standard cashback tracked but not Westpac , despite the Westpac tracking for my Adidas purchase
