What settings? I am running gtx 1070 at 1080p medium settings, high textures and I get 40-50 fps . Cpu is Ryzen 5 1600.

iPad Air 2020 64GB is $829 directly from Apple if you're a student. Unless you really need pro motion display, I don't think you need this.
