That's incorrect. The iPhone 6S Plus has OIS. The first small iPhone with OIS is the iPhone 7. Every iPhone since has had OIS.

I would recommend getting a dedicated wifi 5, 6 or 7 router to connect to your PC. That way you can play PCVR completely wirelessly.
