I have used my PS4 pro with Xiaomi 34, it displays 2160p RGB stretched out of the box. No letterboxing.

Yes a 10W charger is needed e.g. iPad charger, Samsung charger. Normal 5W iPhone chargers won't allow it to fast charge.
