Ni warning messages but they can look up your imei number and tell you what date you get blocked

Rang coles mobile and gave them my IEMI number. They said i get blocked tomorrow, Thursdaysome time. Redmi Note 9S

Can I assume phones sold at JB hifi will all be fine?. Looking at Xiaomi Redmi 12. Virtually same stats as my redmi note 9s.
