ATM was a no go. Cash out worked at Caltex. I bought ~$60 of petrol and also $100 cash out (it was the most they would do).
FYI I was able to use the card to get cash out with a purchase at my local Caltex.
Also received mine today - I'd be interested to find out if it works at an ATM. I might test that tomorrow.
