I usually go with size M. When I tried this on in the shop, they only had size S which was a good fit for me. M would be too large for me.

Yes. What I do with these "free apps" is I start the install on my Android phone and when it starts downloading I cancel it.

Not hard to flash indian or chinese original rom. Getting unlock image might be bit more complicated as you need to use translation
