I'm getting the same. I even tried an address in the CBD and it still charges $10.

Didn't seem to matter, I had started the process as soon as it clicked over to 1pm. Took me 14 minutes to "pay" 4 times still to no avail.

Unbelievebale, I "paid" 4 times both with Credit Card and Paypal and still no confirmation of order going through as the site kept crashing.
