It doesn’t have a lightning or USB-C connector so it’ll only work with iPads that have the magnetic charging connector on the side.

I don't know about this particular model, but I've got 29 Hue lights. Some of them are 9 or 10 years old and I've never had one fail.

Sort of, you can slide the lumbar brace up/down but only by a few centimetres. There’s no other adjustment.
