Been eyeing this camera. Was still arnd $1200 ish last week. I think it s a pretty good price for now. Local stock is at least $500 more.

    Neg just because it DWI..bad bad customer service..I bought a galaxy s3 4g last month revived a used / refurb one..

    Okay price, as expected, but discountcameras has it for about $1470, and it's australian stock, with free delivery. I guess the difference is that, you also get 24 months of local australian nikon warranty too, and it's not a bad buy if you're going overseas and can get 10% back for it.

    As stated above cheaper at T-dimension
    You are going to have to fork out another $112 on tax from custom as this purchase is over $1k.

    Its better to buy local with a bit of extra assurance.

    The after-sale service and warranty policy does not cover for the following damages: cosmetic damage, damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. We will examine the actual causes of the damages and make an ultimate decision. All requested services are subject to final approval by DWI or our contracted service agent ATECH Distribution.

    After all DWI can just claim any fault as an act of GOD and deny you the warranty service

      If it has cosmetic damage, then you technically 'abused' the product. They got me with that excuse on a galaxy note.

        I am pretty sure undervaluing price of product is illegal.
        It might be good for us but i rather not deal with these unethical bunch.
