Hi Everybody! (God, I feel like Dr.Nick from the Simpsons…)

Anywho, I reckon anybody who has read threads on this here website for a bit knows that there are… um, a few… um… 'hoarders' kicking around on OzBargain. Indeed, if they ever make an Aussie version of the show same-named I feel sure that an Ozbargainer or three may just become shining stars in their own right on the GEM Channel. You know, just like that what'sherface 'Extreme Nanny' woman…

Anywho x2, the following is a suggestion for someone who has followed this thread http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/98328 , or indeed the many deals on OzBargain that plot the saga of the 'little torch that could', or maybe would, if it were not one of the crooker knock-offs.

So… Is there anybody on OzBargain who has two or three hundred dollars to spare, and who DIDN'T spend that amount of money on OzBargain Early Easter Egg Substitute Toblerone Deals?
If there is, could you kindly buy one of SK68-esque torches from each of the many, many China stores and Ebay sellers that flog them, and then report on who sells the good, the bad, or the indifferent ones.
Don't forget to link a photo featuring all of the little torches arranged and spelling out the 'OZBARGAIN' name!

Anyone??

    So you're looking for reviews of flashlights?

    Wouldn't a forum dedicated to that be more helpful?

      There is no internet forum, flashlight or otherwise, that is more adventurous than OzBargain.

          No arguments there, but you do appear to have missed the point of the post…

          Budgetlightforum has been been around for ages, and is kind of like the whirlpool for flashlights. If you've ever done a search for anything even vaguely torch related and haven't discovered it then either your google is gone or your bing is busted!
          I've posted in threads about the reviews on dx being genuine and often worthwhile, and I even recommended fasttech.com in a thread about a week ago. Um…,here! http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/97667
