anyone know if 192bit bus makes significant boost in performance?
From the reviews I've read, it's a pretty substantial increase over the regular GTX 650 Ti: http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/NVIDIA/GeForce_GTX_650_Ti…
I'm thinking about getting one for my casual gaming HTPC that currently only has a 6450 in it, think I've found the card to replace it with :)
There's more changes than just the memory bus - the 650 Ti Boost is basically just a 660 but with an SMX unit disabled. [1]
the GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost is much closer to a full-blown GeForce GTX 660. [1]
Despite the name GTX 650 Ti Boost, it’s probably more meaningful to call NVIDIA’s new card the GTX 660 light. […] The result of this configuration is that the GTX 650 Ti Boost is much more powerful than the name would let on, and in practice is closer to the GTX 660 in performance than it is the GTX 650 Ti. [2]
The 650 Ti Boost and 650 Ti will both be on the market at the same time, the Ti Boost is not replacing the regular Ti (at least not right now).
[…] the GTX 650 Ti Boost is based on the same GK106 GPU as the GTX 650 Ti and GTX 660, and is essentially a filler card to bridge the gap between them. [1]
These have beenOther GTX650 cards have been < $120 at MSY for some time now:Different cards.. the ones for $120 are the regular GTX 650's, not the GTX 650 Ti.
See here for the difference: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-650-ti-bench…
The cheapest 650 Ti is $155 at MSY.
650 is not equal to 650ti.

I think these will all be coming down in price soon to clear stock as the GTX 650 Ti "Boost" has just been released to go against AMD HD7790 at the same price point and the 'Boost' edition comes with a 192bit memory bus as opposed to the 128bit on this card and the 7790.
