No, I haven't heard from them. I thought they were sending just the code, as they mentioned the shipping notification was an error.

They replied back saying they have posted a physical copy. Hm. I've asked if they have a tracking number, or can tell me when they dispatched. No reply to that yet (been a few days, but then we've had this Easter break etc).
So is there need to email them or should i just wait

I haven't. I contacted them about the delay on 10 April and this is what they had to say

I confirmed my address and they said they would look into it. Haven't heard anything since.
How did you contact them - I sent an email to their [email protected] address on the 26/3 and still have no response.
Stupid question but was the address that you sent it to all lower case or with the capitalised "MA" as you wrote above. I sent it to the same address all lower case. They responded surprisingly quick, within an hour if I recall correctly.
I think I will send an email also. What info would be good, just name address and order number?

I received an email from them as well, I asked them can you confirm for me that it is definitely dispatched, and they said yes it is definitely dispatched and is unsure why in the system it still says processing. Has anyones order change from processing to dispatched when they log into their account?

Anyone got theirs yet? They replied to me asking if i want a refund so i dont think they actually dispatched it as promised.
Haven't got mine. I get the feeling that they never intended to honor such a low price. Is it worth asking them for a replacement to the one they supposedly already sent?
I got an email saying it looks to be lost in mail and asking if i still want it or a refund. I sent email yesterday to see if i can get tracking info on it.

they refuse to reply my email since the game released
I got a reply saying they will send out a replacement…..this has been dragging on for ages…. Is there a legal body corporate we can consult….this is pretty much like stealing money if they never intend to send it out in the first place.
I've generally stopped bothering to preorder from UK based stores as they always seem to take much longer than expected to get the games.
I've had the exact same promises and nothing has come of it………
We should all start posting on their Facebook page or something. Perhaps some bad PR will spring them into action.
I think they've given up. I'll see if Paypal will let me dispute the transaction, else it'll be a call to my credit card company. sigh

I managed to find a different email contact on the Whirlpool forums, and the OzSave rep there managed to process a refund for me. Worth a try there?
Curiously, he could not locate my order in their system, so I just forwarded the relevant emails and cited the Paypal transaction number…
Success! After pestering them on Facebook they have finally sent me a steam code and to my surprise it actually works. I hope everyone else can have some success with them.

I left them a PM via their Facebook page with my order and transaction details, got a reply back asking to confirm my address. I did that, now waiting for a reply.
They confirmed my address, confirmed that I bought the game and that it never arrived, and aren't emailing anything about a solution despite me asking them about it. I would even take refund!
At this point it sounds like you have been patient enough. Time to get even. Have you considered doing what I did and just spam their facebook page? It seems to be the only thing that has worked so far.

Nothing from them yet, been quiet for about two and a half weeks now. Got the exact same message as star64 about a lost parcel. I've just started bugging them on their Facebook page.
I finally code a Steam code. I had to email "Ben" after post nasty messages on Facebook and calling some of the other reps liers. He stalled for a couple of weeks, then sent a code that obviously wasn't a Steam code and stalled some more then this morning I got a code that activated Bioshock Inifite on Steam.
I msg them on facebook as well as sent an email…..but no reply, i just want my money back….has anyone received a refund from them?
You can try email one of the reps directly at [email protected] (credit to kwchaz), apparently some people have been able to get a refund this way. What I did was to post to their facebook wall rather than message. This way everyone can see it and I think they gave me what I wanted just to shut me up.

I have been offered a digital PC replacement copy, but I didn't want this so I requested a full refund. I'm now waiting for this to go through, and I'll post here if this is successful.That's good to hear. I'm guessing that you don't have a great internet connection otherwise the digital copy would sound like a good outcome.
I have a fantastic Internet connection actually haha. The reason is because I already have the game from a new AMD GPU purchase, and with this OzSave pre-order I purchased 2 copies totalling ~$18. So I basically don't want to pay that much for a copy of a game I already have! It's still a great deal if you needed the game though.
I'm sure you could sell each key for >$9 but whatever floats your boat. I'm so jealous of all these people getting in on that AMD GPU promo. If I didn't already have a good card and most of the games I'd be all over that.
They are only offering me one key, not two so I'd have to sell it for >=$18 to break even, which I don't think is a good idea if I can guarantee to get my money returned instead.
In fact I do trade alot (too much) on Reddit trading threads, and as a result have far too many games including AAA titles like the AMD promo games I have yet to touch.
The AMD promo is bloody good value, and really gives people a reason to go with AMD over NVIDIA for the time being, if you are interested in the games on offer of course.
What card do you have out of interest? I purchased a Gigabyte OC 7950 back in January, and I'm loving it :)I purchased a Sapphire OC 7850 about 12 months ago I think. It's my first AMD/ATI card in long time but yeah I like it. Didn't get any free games with it though :(
