  • $144 is a massive difference compared to what I have seen. Hmm.

    • do u mean massively cheaper or expensive ?

      • I just had a look, it's $257 at i-tech. and apparently that's a reduced price and it should be going for $300.

        • Australian retail prices eh.

        • +1

Yarly. Cheaper. Amazon doesn't like shipping some electronics though. I didn't bother checking this one in particular.
This piece goes for over $200 normally. I haven't tried it myself. I use the Elgato atm which works really well. But cost a little bit more. I don't know how simple that one is but the Elgato is very simple, works well and I find a great product all round.

  • Does not look like they ship that bike to Australia.

  • For that price, I would recommend it to anyone (HD PVR 2). The software is not the greatest, but with a few tweaks, you can have things working just fine.

It does have its pros and cons like any other device, but you should do a bit of research before jumping on the bargain. I got mine when they became available to pre-order via the official website and in doing so, I suppose I was one of the many guinea pigs stuck with horrible software and constantly updating drivers to fix things that should not of been happening.

For the gentleman speaking about Elgato, I hate you (in the nicest possible way). I have been pondering if I should buy one and whenever I read something slightly positive about the device, I edge a step closer to getting one.

Again, do the research before buying one. I'd hate to encourage someone to spend big bucks on something which has flaws that can turn off any gamer who enjoys capturing gameplay.
