  I hate JQ so much. I wish they would operate their Call Centre out of Australia. Absolutely no flexibility when trying to get a bundled package added to an existing booking. Tried to fob me off saying it needed to be a whole new booking at whatever the current (increased) fare was. Total rubbish!
