Majestic Crown Investment - 3.3% Interest DAILY for $2,000-$5,000 investment, is this a scam???

My mate on facebook sent me a message regarding investment opportunity.

They called themselves Majestic Crown Investmant - https://majesticrown.com/home - something like "to good to be true" scheme.

Can you imagine if I deposit let say $2000

3.3% * 2000 = $66 daily * 90 days = $5940 + $2000 = $7940, WOWwww in 3 month

someway somehow i know this is a scam, maybe anyone expert can help me to figure it out

Thanks for all the feedback and advise :)

They even run a referral program — https://majesticrown.com/refprogram

We have an affiliate program paying 5% on the investments made by people you have referred to MajestiCrown. For participation in our partner program you don’t need to have your own deposit. Your earned referral commission is paid directly into your e-currency account within 24 hours.

That does sound a bit like a ponzi scheme to me. Their domain was registered less than a month ago, pointing to an office block in UK with "To Let" in the front (on Google Street View).

    • off-topic: how up to date are google maps street views though. my apartment has "for sale" sign from the last time it was sold. (i'm second buyer since)

      • Not really up to date. Mine is about 3 years old, although I'll think UK would get quicker refresh.

      • +2

You can see the date the street view was captured in faint text at the bottom left of the view. As you can imagine, there are a lot of streets to cover and it takes time to come around again.

  • Startup dodgy brothers.

  • Suggest to delete the website address in case some gullible person falls for it.
    However I don't understand OP's calculation, shouldn't it be:

    (1+3.33%)^90*2000 = $37,158.56

    More attractive.

    • IMHO, the website address need to be on, so anyone who search will find this discussion and warned them it might be (99.99%) a scam. This kinda similar scam happen in overseas, what they did in there is they always paid on time for the first couple of weeks maybe months using our own principal to attract more customers, once the members is growing up, and money in millions, bye bye all

Now for your calculation, $37,158, that is real WOW!

      • Why do you say that 3% daily means 3% every day? This type of investment usually means that 3% annual interest is calculated daily.

        • -1

This "scam" "or not" is different, they gave you DAILY, yes, 3% everyday, so more than 1000% annually, too good to be true

        • Yes, too good to be true.

They put the McAfee logo on their site. But McAfee says
"We've tested millions of websites, but we haven't tested this one yet. Be the first one to submit feedback on it!" http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/majesticrown.com/summary/

My feedback is why is the OP responding with 3% everyday claims >1000% with no evidence?

FYI, I'm putting the website into McAfee for testing as we speak. We will see the results soon, since McAfee now says: "This site has been queued for testing. Please come back soon for automated results."

EDIT: Interesting to find that the email server is in the Ukraine 91.213.175.129

        • They also list Scoot on the site but no sign of MajestiCrown on Scoot
          http://www.scoot.co.uk/find/majesticrown-in-uk

Which is funny because it's completely free to list your business on Scoot.

No evidence cause no one join unless my mate who join $100 investment, They claim 3% daily, not me, that is why I put on the forum and ask people like you (expert) to give me or others for advises.

        • I guess this page is "evidence" that you are right
          https://majesticrown.com/plans

          Level Amount Interest Total Return
          Basic: $20 - $2,000 3.2% Daily 288% + principal after 90 business days

Still scam though… Please do not post this type of thing.

    this is it.
I'm selling my house, car, quit my job, invest here and have early retirement.

    • your house and car are only worth $5000?

  • -1

    Is it daily compound interest?

if you believe the company can generate a daily return on investment more than 3.3% (They have to in order for them to be profitable), then feel free to invest in that.

However, I don't believe anyone can generate this kind of return consistently over time.

I saw an advertising campaign on investment trading strategy that aiming for a 1% return a day. Upon my calculation. Using a $10,000 investment capital, you will be richer than Warren Buffet in 10 years time at that rate of return.

So this type of scheme is nothing but scam and praying on the greed side of human beings

  • God I hope my gullible mate doesn't get onto this

I reckon go it. Just post and neg the deal if it does not work out.

    • They only accept Liberty Reserve type payment options, which work like this: "Liberty Reserve allows no refunds and has no mechanism for performing a chargeback"

  • Wow what a blatant scam, they could at least improve the grammar on their website, and not use terminology they obviously don't understand.

  • between this and the inheritance left to me by my long lost 2nd cousin in Nigeria I am on easy street.
