Was in Target Broadway* (SYdney) yesterday and walking past the Wii games, I saw on the top shelf third party Guitar Hero guitars (wired; not wireless) for $12.88 each for the PS2! Original price was $39.95, so I bought 4 (2 for me, 2 for a friend). I also ended up buying the PS2 game Guitar Hero: Rock the 80s at Toys R Us in Moore Park Supacentre for $27.01 but not sure if it's a bargain so I won't post itup. Anyway, so for a total of $52.77!! :)
*Note: I forgot to take a photo of the receipt and guitars (they're at home), but the link I've provided has the third party guitar shown (from memory - was too excited!!).
Anyway, I wuold just call Target Broadway to find out if they have any more in stock (was about 10 left last night).
Yeah, we got 4. I figured I'd cut the lead off and let the toddlers pretend, but they are playable.
They're not quite as robust as the name-brand, but good enough to keep the kids away from my wii. :)
