      Hi I also ordered last time in December and i did get the flashlight but it was faulty. I contacted customer service and was told that the flashlight is currently out of stock and will take a while to reach. My order number is 21912800. Would you be able to chase it up for me as well?   I got one of these torches last time. Same price I think. It took about 2-3 weeks to arrive from what I remember but it has lasted me pretty well. Always take it scooping and have dropped it in the water a couple of times and has always pulled through. Not to say its waterproof but it has survived a couple of quick splashes which is good. The torch does get quite warm though.

  Bought one in December and it's faulty. Emailed them 3 times, got a couple of responses but I still have no idea what's happening with my claim. My friend bought one and it wasn't working properly too. Be warned.

  I bought one last time together with charger and battery. It doesn't work. Tmarts answer buy a new item from them so that I can test to see if it is the battery,charger or torch. I said no thanks can they send a battery so I can test that, they said I had to buy new item to test or I have to pay for return postage to get refund. Paypal dispute resulted in same result- I have to pay to return faulty product. Postage costs make this pointless. Sorry my first post is not positive as I have been a silent but very grateful observer for the past 12 months.

  So i brought this,
  Except the spring is on the wrong terminal side, i.e. it's on the positive side, was trying to move it to negative, couldn't be stuffed soldering and pissing about. Will never buy again.
