"Raw" domestic fares must be purchased online using a MasterCard debit card issued by an Australian financial institution. The "Raw" domestic fare does not incur payment of the AUD8.50 booking fee associated with credit card purchases per passenger, per flight sector. Payment by Visa or MasterCard credit cards or international debit cards is permissable subject to payment of this fee.

So you can purchase with credit card, but would be $8.50 more per flight.
