According to camelx3 it's the lowest price it's been for quite some time. This battery charger gets great reviews here on OzB and on amazon, great for those Eneloops you just bought from Dicks

The Turnigy AA and AAA batteries are not available to be shipped from the Australian warehouse. So the only shipping option is from HK. Therefore $6.99 and $14.99 is the correct shipping cost.
Why the heck do they charge more than double for shipping exactly twice as much? You might as well order 2 shipments of 8 batteries? That seems odd to me.
What happened to economies of scale?
Guys,
I'm after rechargeable 9V batteries along with AA & AAA.
—- Is this Maha Powerex C808M Ultimate Pro Charger (charge AA/AAA/C/D) any good?
http://protog.com.au/maha-powerex-c808m-ultimate-pro-charger…
Charging Rate:
2000mA for AA / C / D
700mA for AAA
Recharge AA / AAA in one hour and C / D in 1 to 5 hours, regardless the number of batteries.

Mine arrived today, shipped on the 21, so just a week to FNQ. Doing a DISCHARGE/ REFRESH on 4 old Duracell just to test it.
Finally a battery charger that does not block a second power point.
Man… mine shipped on the 20th, but seems to be stuck at customs.
It's a charger people!
nvm. Just arrived. Tracking must not have updated
why did you choose the more expensive $14.99 shipping option? theres also
that also leaves you with almost 1.5kg more room in the postage box so you can add in even more batteries, maybe some AAA's, or anything else from them and you still pay the same shipping…. which makes them WAY cheaper than the eneloops?
also eneloops are only 2000mah as well as far as i know, the HK ones are 2400mah.. so your getting more mah's for your $$ anyway.
again, i dont have a problem with eneloops, they are great batteries… its just that these are great for the same reasons, just higher capacity and cheaper.
