I guess they're clearing the old Nintendo stock in preparation for the new Wii U, so it's possibly available elsewhere.

May be these are cheap at this store because they don't work with moccasins.

I can confirm Toys 'R' Us Moore Park NSW also has a few of these left at the same price, along with a few Wii Remote Plus controllers for $29.98 as well.
Toys'R'Us Noarlunga SA had them for $29 on clearance about a week and a half ago, they had heaps when I was there

You are right old stock, but JB is $129, KMart $139 and Big W $138. So good deal if you are after one of these. Especially with the recent $69 and $99 Wii console deals.
