Where can you purchase cheap light bulbs?

I have been looking at some chinese stores but they have all these unusual shapes. I'm not sure if they are allowed to be sold or if there are any regulations regarding efficiency and I don't want my house catching on fire if the heat dissipation is poor.

What I'm looking for:
15 watt
daylight colour 5500-6500k
Bayonet base

Aim: To compare these with other more expensive bulbs.

    Try you local Woolworths. Some still have stock of the deal below some time ago.
