I bought a scoopon for carpet cleaning seeing as we are moving out of our house in 10 days. I have sent 3 emails to the company, left 2 messages and called at other times and the message bank has been full. I really need the carpets cleaned before we move out…
Has anyone else been able to contact them?
Should I be able to get a refund if the carpet cleaning isn't done when I want due to them not responding?

Just ask Scoopon for a refund. Moving is stressful enough wihout having to worry about whether you're going to be able to get hold of them in time
