Unlock codes work for all model Huawei mobile phones and modems.
There maybe delays with receiving codes over weekends.

    Have just found there will be delays to orders … Huawei is offline 1 October - 7 October because it is national holidays in China.
    If anyone has ordered unlock codes, I will email them when they eventually arrive.

    I am wanting to unlock my huawei ascend y201.. I used the first website that came up after a google search. I just now received an email stating I will be refunded as they can not provide codes stating it's either the make/model or the amount of time it's been linked to a network? have you encountered any issues with the y201 (on Telstra) or can I send my payment & details.

      I have had a few people from a certain website where they have not been able to get the unlock code and managed to get the unlock code.
      I have had the odd hiccup but have sorted things out.
      If it does not work out I always refund the payment.

    Can anyone help.
    I have the unlock code for the ascend Y201. It is new and unused, or connected.
    I Put the inactive aldi sim in and aldi with a picture of a lock comes up on the screen. I then try to drag to the the unlock but it just goes to Crome this web page is unavailable .
    What am I I doing wrong? Any help wold be appreciated.

      Just log into your Paypal account and make a $5.49 payment to [email protected]
      Please include the phones IMEI and your email address with the Paypal payment.
      I will process your IMEI and email you a confirmation email when the payment is received and processed.
      I usually get them back the next day but they can sometimes take up to 48 hours.

    Silly Question but can I do the following with the Huawei Ascend Y201:

    (1) Activate the included Telstrasim card and get my 500 flybuy points.
    (2) Use the $10 credit.
    (3) Purchase an Unlock code from Bagman and unlock the phone.
    (4) Insert new sim, unlock and then start using the other sim.

    Also, is there an expiry date for the unlock codes?
    I may decide to purchase before the telstra credit runs out.

      You will need a non Telstra sim to get the unlock screen to show when you turn it on to enter the unlock code.
      Also, there is no expiry date with the unlock code but it pays to unlock it as soon as you get the code.

    I did all that but you only get $10 of talk and txt with the original sim, no data or other stuff.

    Maybe unlock straight away would not hurt either…

          You might want to check who the Paypal address you sent payment to.
          I have received no emails with that IMEI and have had no payment from that email address in my Paypal account.

    Hi Mr bagman

    I recently bought a 2nd hand Nokia 6220c from the cashies, it was locked to voda. I went thru the unlocking process on voda wesite and found that someone had tried 3 times to unlock it unsuccessfully and now it needs the "MASTER UNLOCK CODE" Voda are not being helpful as I am not the original purchaser, can you help me?

      I should be able to get the unlock codes, as long as its in the database (if not,your payment will be refunded).
      Also, be advised that there seems to be some delays over the Xmas/New Year period.
      Some orders I have processed are now 3-4 days old.
