  Last time, i ordered 2 ipad 4 Cellular black from them, i did not receive brand new ones. when i received the parcels, the seal was broken and the ipads were activated on the 18/12/12( the date that i ordered), although i only received them on the 3/01/13. tried to contact, no reply! So, this one maybe the same. Of course u still get the Tax invoice to claim gst.

  If it is imported stock. Then there is no Apple Warranty as in Apple Australia Warranty. However there would be an Apple warranty as in Apple Hong Kong Warranty.
