  I'm heading overseas in May and am after a lens ideal for some nice wide scenery shots.. Anyone got any recommendations? Using a Canon 600D. Thanks.

    Not sure about specific Canon lenses, but for wide scenery shots, you're better off getting an ultra wide angle lens (between 10/12mm on the wide end and 24/35mm on the telephoto end) than a 100mm macro lens.

        Just to add to them, there is the Sigma 10-20mm, a good lens for a very good price. cameraparadise has them for $334.

        this is a good multi purpose lens, 24-70mm f2.8, cost you an arm and a leg though, but with the corp factor, its not that wide anymore.
