Cheapest I've seen although to be fair I only see EB Games having them for pre-order. Pretty sure they contain the same thing but really I think the figure is what most people is interested at.
However OzGameShop's release date for the game is set at 28th Feb which is later than most other stores.
To be fair, the Collectors Edition and the Limited Edition aren't the same. Not worth an extra $40 (console version) in my opinion, but they aren't the same. Only $20 more for the PC version however seems to be reasonable for the extras you get, if you're an Alien nut.
Different products, some people like myself don't mind the extra $20 for the figurine for the PC version.
not sure this is a bargain. also just a thought, everytime someone posts a pre order bargain they have a whinge when a better deals come online days after. As is the trend with pre-orders

You can get the download version from GMG for $35. Thats a bargain in any ones language. But I still held off. PC gaming prices are insane. And they only become more insane as the release date approaches.
