I think D-sub and VGA are the same thing atlas. its the D shaped connector, so a standard screen cable should be fine

  I disagree, I bought this from NetPlus for 369 a few weeks ago and haven't noticed any input lag, in fact I'm impressed, the colours a much better than my Viewsonic VX2235WM-3
  
  They do have some back light bleeding, I happened to have really bad luck with a stuck pixel and went through 3 monitors and each had some, but the latest is very minor (I'm currently using). The 2nd was the worst.
