I have free delivery and need a new fridge to replace my crap second hand one. But while I can't find specific reviews for this fridge, the majority of whirlpool's other fridges seem to get bad reviews.
I am interested on this one too, if anyone any recommendation will be much helpful.
Last week I almost bought one in The good guys. The small size fridge of whirlpool is exactly same thing as HISENSE brand, and most peoples said Hisense is a terrible product, that make me worry then now considering Westinghouse
just read some reviews on productreview.com.au, 14 out of 24 ppls saying their whirlpools is terrible and only 5 saying good enough.
look like I don't have much choice here, have to stick with Westinghouse.
I had a similar sized whirlpool fridge and it started leaking water into the fridge compartment just after a year. It had a 2 year parts warranty but after the second year needed to pay for call-outs and labour. Did not bother.
shame its not one with an icemaker/plumbed in including installation :D

Best advice I can give anyone in the market for a fridge is to go to your local library and hope that you can find the relevant test report (and tabled comparison) issues of Choice mag - or subscribe to the internet version which will give you access to everything. The variation in performance between brands and models of a given size is bizarre and the biggest variations are always in models under 300L because of the less sophisticated temperature control.
