  • i got thee bottom mount Hitachi 323l for the same price. And I would buy it again. Electronic temperature control for both the fridge and freezer sections, well thought out interior with 3 draws in the freezer, reinforced plastic on the door.

    • why not get a bigger unit after the first one ?

  • These mfs, have not yet delivered the fridge.

    • did you get it yet?

      • Missed 12th Jan, 20th Jan, and now next date is 12th Feb. As a consolidation, received $50 voucher added to the Bing Lee website. The fridge is back at full price on the website for $1799, so I suppose they want me to cancel my order.

you reckon the fridge is any good?

          • @Poor Ass: Has some good reviews online, I can tell only after it's delivered.

            • @sampmel: what are you using now? is this a second fridge

            • @sampmel: Delivered yet?

              • @Poor Ass: @Poor Ass yes, finally it arrived. The fridge is huge, I did not anticipate it. It 's so huge that the delivery company had to remove the box outside the house and then pull the fridge. Took about an hour to unpack and bring it in.
About the fridge, it's nice. I upgraded mainly because I needed more space so moving from 270 ltrs to 601 ltrs is a massive upgrade for me. Other than the space, it has some touch buttons in the front which are handy. Overall happy with the purchase for $1k.

                • @sampmel: nice

I thought they only deliver to door and not inside the house

                  • @Poor Ass: With the purchase they offered premium delivery, includes unpacking and taking away any existing fridge.
