Did you order a $0 set of items? I got mine in quite a huge box (padded with an extra free pillow) very quickly after the order went through (considering it was near christmas I guess).

Same deal with me, ordered 26/12 but order is still pending. It was a $0 order so I am not to concerned but the lack of communication makes me hestitant to order anything else.

Also note that under 'promotions' it says if you register you get $10 off your next purchase. Unfortunately this cannot be stacked with sale items (afaik you could still try it).
i wouldn't trust these guys until they fulfill or at least email the customers with outstanding orders
Tontine is a fairly large company, surely there is some phone number you can call them on?
already emailed them, they said pillow would be sent last Friday, but nothing has turned up. dont hold much faith in them at the moment and not sure I will order again

Well, I have called them. They can't find my order, name, phone number, anything. Even with the order number, and their confirmation email that has my name, address, phone number on it.
They said they would check and call me back, but so far nothing.
Point 2 - The cotton quilt is selling for the same price as the all seasons wool quilt (Point 1)?
I received my paid item and my free item will be delivered monday (missed delivery thu).
Had to email them to get the free item moving.Still waiting for delivery of my order December 2012.

I called your offices on the 19th, and was told that they have no record of my order, its reference number, or any of my details.
I sent a copy of the acknowledgment email back to [email protected] on Friday Jan 19th.

theres still no excuse for crap customer service by there staff, but at least they have realised that giving away a few free pillows (and hopefully pillow protectors like you and i) to keep its customers happy is a move in teh right direction (compared to harvey norman for instance)

the $10 off on next order voucher stated not for sale items. at the time the whole site was under 50% sale condition. just because you CAN walk into a shop and walk out with a free pillow does not make it ok to do so….. entering the store you understand that there are certain rules you must follow, like walking through the checkout and not just out a fire exit (even tho the fire exit are unlocked)… what people essentially did was exit via the fire exit with there free pillows… (not exactly the same, but i hope you see my point, even tho the sign said "dont do this" people still did it) seemed obvious to me but i probably just to stupid to understand… usually i would try and formulate a better/nicer/more accurate response, but in this case i cant be bothered…

It is considered polite, as I am quoting sections of your post. If I corrected your errors (typos?) it might seem rude. If I left them as is, it may seem as if I made them. It appeared best to use the correct method. This made it clear that they were in the original quoted section, and also gives the chance to not make the same error in the future.
I make lots of errors. Especially when posting from an iPhone. For example, for some reason it types nieve instead of naive. And I can never get effect or affect the right way around.

Ahhh… So, there was an error with their shopping cart. It permitted the $10 credit voucher to be used with sale items.

Sorry for any confusion. There was a coupon for ten dollars off that still triggered on sales product over night on the 26th of December, which rendered a few free pillow sales. It was not advertised by us but we are happy to follow through on it because we also enjoyed getting to know many of you. So we are very behind on processing those orders. We acknowledge this and appreciate your patience. Those pillows are finally going out as of last Friday.If you have a different purchase order (>$0) that you still have not seen processed online yet, please contact our customer service for an update on Monday.
