I recently bought a $19 all you can eat buffet voucher only to check my online banking statement to see Scoopon had taken out the money 4 times instead of once. Ive emailed them about it and called my bank but Scoopon are yet to reply. What can I do in this situation and has it happened to you before?

Never heard of that happening before. My GF has bought dozens of vouchers from them and never had any issues. I'd say double check your original receipt /email you received from them and make sure it was just for the 1 person etc. Take a screenshot and send it to scoopon support email and explain the situation
Alternatively with most banks you can make a dispute about a transaction online. I think they only charge you a fee ( $10) if the claim turns out to be invalid.
