    you don't actually need a physical kindle to download and read the books you get for free from Amazon. It could be the Kindle app on the ios or android platforms (which are both free). If you don't have any of these mobile devices, you can also read them on your PC using the (free) Kindle Cloud Reader app which runs off your web browser.

    I typed search for "free" and found dozens of books in many categories.

    Better still, choose a category then ask for titles to be listed from lowest price to highest; you then get all the freebies listed first.

    Another 60+ kids' books to be had, most illustrated in colour.

    Then there's humour … and porno, history, sic-fi, etc.

  Definitely read this as "Free Children on Amazon".
  Was about to neg this as a poor bargain.
